Loyalty Points

OUR LOYALTY POINTS ARE ENDING

Due to the introduction of new vaping taxation laws in October,
we will no longer be able to continue our loyalty points scheme.

Unfortunately, it is not feasible to award loyalty points on the
portion of each item that will be subject to the new tax/theft.

The final date for earning loyalty points will be
Tuesday 31 March 2026. Any points already earned can
still be redeemed up to Wednesday 1 July 2026.

We apologise for this change and understand it may be disappointing. However, we will continue to do everything we can to keep our prices as low as possible while complying with the new government tax (theft) requirements. We truly appreciate your continued support and loyalty.

Our Current Loyalty Points System

• 10 Points = £1 when redeeming your points.
• You must have a minimum of 100 Points (£10) to use your points on an order.
• You can only use your points with a minimum spend of £20.
• Your points can be used to reduce your purchase by a maximum of 50%.
• You must be logged into your account to earn and redeem your points.
