SMKD is a leading retailer of E-Cigarettes around Yorkshire and the Midlands. Now Expanding to Newcastle City Centre

With 14 Stores and expanding into new markets of E-cigarettes, we are continually looking for enthusiastic Store Managers. Retail staff and Casual Cover Staff to accommodate our large customer base.

Specific location roles are emerging in our current stores and now Newcastle City Centre.

Our pay structure is competitive with the current market and excellent commission structures to help you progress as representatives of SMKD.


As you would be representing the company on a daily basis, you would be expected to wear the company uniform with a clean presentable appearance. This must be carried forward in outdoor canvasing and networking.

The customer experience should start from the moment they enter to leaving with the intention of recommending the products and services to their friends and family.

You must have the drive to bring your A game to the store each day.


The ideal candidate will have retail experience as well as vaping experience. But a passion for success can put you ahead of other candidates.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s largest vaping companies. 

SMKD Wholesale are currently seeking confident, experienced individuals that will be dealing with both outbound and inbound calls growing the business as part of the telesales team.

You will form an integral part of the team whose job is to look for opportunities to develop new business leads whilst nurturing the existing clients.

You will represent the brand through first class service and sales delivery, as well as learning and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the brand USP’s and products

You will work closely with a team of competitive and supportive colleagues who are all working towards a common goal

You will be expected to work towards defined targets, with the view of exceeding these and in return will be rewarded through our commission scheme.

Role Requirements

  • Proven track record of working in a similar environment with at least 1 years’ experience.
  • Self-motivated but also able to work as part of a team
  • Great communicator with excellent telephone manner
  • Calm and collective when working under pressure
