Warranty / Returns
All electronic devices come with a 30 days warranty by SMKD. Some manufacturers may offer an extended warranty which can be found at the manufacturers website. Once the warranty has expired we can not offer you a refund or an exchange; However we do have an in-house technician who can look and potentially repair the item for a small charge.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to us.
Refunds will only be accepted for items which are unopened and unused in original packaging with no seals damaged.
Please notify us within 14 days via Email for returns.
Upon receiving returned goods, our technicians will inspect and diagnose any potential faults with your item.
Our warranty does not cover user error such as:
- E-liquid damage
- Physical Damage
- Using the wrong type of charging plug
- Incorrect battery usage
Disposable items such as coils, eliquids, tanks etc are not covered by warranty due to hygiene reasons.
If the product is deemed a manufacturers fault and is still in warranty we can then offer an exchange.
Sale / Promotional Offers: An item that is part of a sale or promotional offer can not be refunded however it may exchanged for a product at the same value as what it was purchased at.
Exchanges: We will only replace an item if it has a manufacturing defect beyond the point of repair. If this is the case, please contact us at email@example.com.
Online Orders: As per above, warranty is still valid if the above conditions are met. Should the item become defective, please return your item to the following address below with your name and order number. Postage cost will only be covered up to £4.
We always recommend using a signed for postage method for easy tracking.
